Default Can anyone tell me where I can find...?

I had to take the outer shifter lever off my bike (rear kick?)

Here is what I need to do, I would like to move the front shifter lever to the outside... But then there is slack in my shifter assembly.. Is there someplace I can find a spacer for the spot where my shifter used to be to keep everything tight.

My only other solution is to take a hack saw to the old shifter and put it in the back so it fits?

Sounds like you want to remove the heel shifter LOTS of options and talk on this forum about how to do that. Just do a search on heel shifter. Here is a thread from yesterday.

Kuryakyn makes a spacer to go on the inside nice chrome piece with rubber bushing. Works good and looks good.

You can go to the dealer and ask for a chrome cap that will cover the exposed spline. It cost like $15.

Good luck!

I pulled my heel shifter off and then slid the toe shifter out to the end. I took the rubber grommet on the heel shifter off and trimmed it down to the proper size for a spacer to cover the exposed area between the toe shifter and the primary cover. Works good and matches the toe shifter grommet.

I have always slid the toe shifter in and used the cap to cover the exposed splines.
