Default ACR Install - need help.

My dumb *** can't figure out how to install the ACR into the heads and my 07 manual does not cover it, at least I can't find anything on them. Do they dissemble so you can put a socket over them? Heads are drilled, ACRs in hand and I have no instructions. Do I need another special tool?

94048-09 is the tool that SE sells, 40 bucks. Check it out on the SE pro parts web site to see what it looks like.

Default which ones do you have

do you have the manual ones that go beside the spark plugs or the electric ones that go in the center of the head. if you have the manual ones I think its a half inch long socket, the electric ones pretty well require the special socket you can buy from harley , think i paid 43 bucks. hope you realize that the rocker boxes have to come off the top of the heads to get at the hole in the center of the head to put the electric ones in . Unless you really understand how to pull a motor apart , you may not be able to install these yourself. you will need top rocker gaskets and gasket for under rocker box. the lower ones have to go on one way only or you will block vents for oil drainage and pvc vacuum for crankcases.
