I don't go by miles, depends on what the new bikes have to offer, if there are enough significant improvements, time to change, otherwise ride it until the wheels fall off.

Traded my 01 road glide with 115k for a 2010 road glide custom because I'd finally had enough of the Magnetti Marelli. No looking back!
