Softbrake.com sells a mounting bracket for under the light but does not light the plate. For me I don't care about the light. If anyone gives me Sh@& I can always put the TP on to pass inspection

You might want to check out the Hotop license plate mount I have listed for sale in the classified. It comes with brackets that allow you to remove the stock license plate bar and utilizes the mounting holes of the stock turn signal bar for the mounting points. It also opens up a lot of options to run aftermarket turn signals for a more cleaner and custom look.

One thing I don't really care for are the plate frames. I decided to edge the plate in rubber channel that matches the denim paint instead.

just did the softbrake mount. It is a perfect fit and the only complaint I have is I wish it was moon shaped to hug the fender more. Other than that perfect piece of metal and thick enough not to vibrate too much.

If you have bag rails you already have the solution. Just move it from the hoop to the bag rails. drill 2 holes use some stainless hardware and walla!
