Question Opinions on Kuryakyn products ?

I have to admit I am very much a "chrome connoisseur" ( yup I said it) & have been looking over several Kuryakyn products to add to the Ultra.

I did some searching but thought I would ask anyway.

Pros ? Cons ?

Really curious how the finish holds up over time???

I don't have any expeirence with their chrome stuff as I don't care for the bulky covers or the ISO stuff. I did use one of their panache rear lights on a 2005 Low Rider and the wire connecting the board to the power broke w/i a couple thousand miles. I had it replaced under the 1 year warranty and it broke again shortly there after.

I have a lay down curved plate for my SG. The chrome was really soft, scratched easily. A buddy has their fancy panacea tail light and the half the running light went out right when the warranty ended. Some of their stuff is a neat design. I'm just not sold on the quality.

I have never had a problem with any Kuryakyn product that I have purchased. I give them the thumbs up!

I've bought a good bit of stuff of theirs and have had no problems. However, dont buy from them. Try M and M Cycle for 20% off. Direct from the manufactors are in most cases the most expensive.

I will prolly get the Kury LED light ring that goes around the front headlight. For about 100 bucks it should give me some good additional front visibility till I'm able to afford the Harley LED headlight.

Most other Kury products I'm not too excited about.

I have bought a LOT of their stuff over the years. Chrome is no better or worse than any of Harley's as a matter of fact, they make some of it! Used Panacea light system for 3 years on 2 different bikes without any problems. The one item I had a problem with (ISO Boards) they fixed with a phone call AFTER the warranty expired. Can't ask for much more than that!

Black ISO grips on the 'Train. Good quality and very comfortable.

I have the front running lights, rear break lights, curved Lic plate holder and have had no problems with any of them. Had the lights for two years now everything running fine....
