I have a friend who drag races and has a lexan windshield in his car. I've never tried it but he swears the best thing to use is aim toothpaste.

As far as the Novus, 1 is the cleaner, 2 is for light scratches, and 3 is for heavy scratches. Lent some to a friend to clean the scratches off her golf cart windshield. She couldnt believe what #2 did for her plexi. Think thats your best try.

I used some Meguiar's plastic polish from Wally World. Used a small buffing pad on a battery drill, at slow speed. Worked well for me.

I used Novus #2 on a 97 Heritage Classic windshield. It "hazed" the windshield. I complained to Novus and they had me send the windshield to them. They couldn't polish out the hazing so I had to get a new windshield. They could not explain why it happened. The owners manual suggested #2......bad advice IMO.
