does anyone have this in there bike? pros.... cons. i like the fact that it is a plug and play, i have had the 125 arc before with 6.5 speakers just thought i try something different..thanks

 

I had the double shot with the 5.25 speakers on my last bike and it rocked , I would believe with the 6.5's it would only sound better

 

I got the double shot last year. This year I upgraded to the 6.5 speakers. There is a noticable differnce. I am glad I upgraded. The bass isnt pounding but it is more noticable.

I have the HW 5.25 speakers for sale if anyone is interested

I had the Hawg Wire in my '09 and I didn't like it at all. In my '11 I put in J&M Rokker and am much happier. Much better clarity.

I just got done hookn up the 'New'zx 6.5' speaker along w/other speakers for my stereo's recent mods. The zx 6.5' speakers kick some serious ***!

 

whose brackets did you use to mount them in the Road Glide

 

The adapters I usedd for the speakers are Biketronics!
If thats what u mean by 'Brackets'

 

Being component speakers - hows the bass ? I have 6.5 Hertz HCX's with an amp in my SG - They are awesome - I can hear my tunes @ 90mph - no BS , but they are coax , so I have little bass of course - just curious
