I would go for a cam upgrade and a big bore kit.

Unless an authorized HD Dealership is selling them I don't think they would accept Chrome Cash.

big bore kit is interesting. Chrome wheels and forks are a possibility as well...although under an Ultra Classic it isn't as visible. Too much stuff in the way to see much of the wheels.

The new Kurykayan LEDs were designed for two-light setups such as cars/trucks but they now have a new revision TL-6 I believe that is designed for bikes. There is an entire thread on these and it seems that they win over the HD version.

I use my Chrome Cash for tires. Also the chromed front end looks really good.

I've also got some chrome cash but I don't want anything "HD". I'm going to try to have the dealer order stuff from Drag & use the chrome cash to pay for it.

Agreed with the person that said the chrome front end. If you must pick from your list, I'd get the seat.
