Default WWW Dunlop D407's (180/65B16) for $75.00

Gateway HD in St. Louis had 9 of these in a rack a couple of days ago. I thought maybe I'd purchase one and stash it away for a rainy day. Do they still make products to black out whitewall's??

Better do your research on the D407 tires. There has been some issues with cupping after just a few miles. The newer tires are D408.

Sometimes what sounds like a good deal may not be. You're gamble but with tires I don't gamble.

A 180 would be for the rear wouldn't it, which is still a 407. Only the front was replaced with the 408 unless I'm mistaken. I'll take two of them!

WWW Dunlop D407's (180/65B16) for $75.00

This size appears to be rear tire.

True that front tires , the 407, had cupping problems. This tire, I believe, has since been replaced with 408.

Yes that's a steal if you had a RKC and stayed with the original WWW look.

Some have had problems with the rear 407's cupping. When I took my 09 EGC in for the front 407F to be replaced with a 408, The Dealer said my 407 rear was cupping and replaced it under warranty as well.
