50 in August. My mind is still 25 but my body says I'm 50 already.

Big FIVE O... had other touring bikes in my early 40's, wish I'd have started with the HD touring bikes... at least I'll finish on them!!!! 60,000 miles racked up in the last 4 years, 27 states down, 23 to go...

54.......a grandpa and loving it.....although I've noticed that "if it works.....it hurts."

But that's probably just me.

I'm old enough, but my very first Harley was a 63 FLH. I got it when I was 17.

56 here. Put over 19K miles in total comfort on my 2010 FLHTC in less than a year; need I say more?

63 now. At 60 I decided I was old enough to qualify for a "GeezerGlide". First Harley, all Japanese bikes for 40 plus years before this.

Default RE: Touring bike age

55 but who's counting? I went from my Springer to my Ultra last year. That said if I could have afforded a Glide back in my youger days I would have bought one. Get to listen to my tunes while I cruise, ladies like the ride a lot better (at least my wife does), I used to wonder when we were going to stop for a break on long runs, now I wonder why we are stopping so soon. Back then, as it is now, the Glides cost so much to buy, and they didn't loose enough value (unless they had a million miles on them) for me and my wallet to consider one. If you can afford one at 21 (and your SG looks great) you da man!
