Well I found it thanks to all of you I knew I can count on you all and Dawg thanks for the parts **** as always your too good to us.
Lever was not traveling far enough to activated it. I don't know what has happened have had the heated grips for ever. New bars a while back and that was when it started can not tell you what the hell changed though! I drilled a little hole in the matting surface on the clutch lever and tapped it put a little screw in there now the head of the screw is doing it just fine! Quick easy fix if any of ever need it.

Wow, I know this is not the topic. But this switch has been a real pest to define for me.
I am partially Disabled, gimp left hand from Nam. I switched the clutch and Front brake positions on my 2011 Fat Bob, left control switches alone.
To get the front brake to work properly, I modified the bottom of handle to slide over the switch and depress it. I hope it wont go bad, LOL from lack of use.
