Vance and Hines pipes.

I have a pair of Rush 2.00" slipons on my 2011 Street Glide. I'm still using the stock header pipe with the catalyst. That's all I've done to the bike so far. In this config, it's not too loud. It sounds ALOT better than stock, but it's not super loud. In a way, I like that. In another way, I'd like to get a header pipe without a catalyst to increase the flow and volume some (maybe alot?)

I have the V&H Twin Slash Rounds (non epa compliant version) and Dresser Duals on my Road King.
I get a lot of compliments on the sound of the Twin Slash Rounds.
They have a pretty loud bark on accelleration, the harder you twist, the louder they get. They quiet down considerably at cruise.
I like them a lot, they are plenty loud. Any louder would be too loud in my opinion.
Also the sound will not change any in time because they have steel louvers for baffles, no fiberglass to burn out.

I put on a set of Twin Slash Rounds with the stock head pipes and it was a good sound.
Then I put on V&H Dresser Duals with the TS rounds and couldn't stand it. Loud isn't the word for me. Took off the TSR after a couple of days and put back on the stock mufflers.
Convinced dealer to take back the TSR and I have SE Fatshotz on order.
