trailer ???

I think you are going to get varied responses... I have had 3 ultra's and pulled a trailer with all 3 and never had any issues with the dealer. My 07 had an engine issue fixed under warranty with my trailer hitch on, not one word from the dealer.
I know others have had different experiences but in my opinion its just HD's way of protecting themselves.

By reading the warranty, as mentioned above, you will find the mere addition of trailer equipment (i.e., a hitch), voids the extended warranty. Whether or not your dealer voids the void is another matter. Double click my attachment and read # 2 under section 6.
My hitch comes off in ten minutes...but I don't worry about it anymore since I cancelled the warranty.

Have towed a trailer from day one and never has a problem getting warranted work done. Dealer knew bike towed a trailer and hitch was on when bike went in for work. Nothing was ever said and all work was covered. To deny coverage they have to prove the trailer is what caused the problem. Now I understand it is easy to say that here and some dealers have their own rules.
