The cost for a "DYNO Tune"...

for 1k you could get a thundermax autotune and dyno and that is top of the line....seems high and for a stock bike a bit of a waste...look into the zippers auto tuners before you commit,i have a sert and dyno and i know it was way less than 1k...sert =sceaming eagle race tuner..i would get a second opinion

I agree...It is waaay to early to get a stock motor tuned. Harleys stock tuner will make adjustments while you put the parts you want on first. You won't hurt the bike while you wait, and any horsepower gains early would be slight. Break in the motor, Get the pipes and air box you want, then decide if you want to do heads, cams, or anything else. Then get a top flight ignition mod and dyno tune. That,s when you drop a k note. You can always wait for a meet to have it tuned if you make an appointment. Good luck
