Default Bluetooth Transmitter / Aux Port

Was looking at a mini bluetooth transmitter (Miccus BlueBridge mini jack) that plug into aux port and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them ? Would like to be able to listen to Pandora Radio and just leave phone in saddlebag.

It accepts the BlueTooth signal transmitted by your phone and feeds it through the AUX input on the touring bike's fairing-mounted stereo.

Streams music ( Pandora radio) from phone or other bluetooth device , without having a line hooked to phone.

I looked at the web site and as you said it is a transmitter. My interpretation is that it send via Bluetooth to a device via the headphone output. In the FAQ it states:

Q. Does the BlueBridge mini-jack function as a receiver?
A.
The BluBridge mini-jack functions only as a transmitter. It does not have receiving capabilities.

So if I got what you are trying to do, ie plug this into the AUX input of the HK Radio to receive music from your phone or another music player it will not work. It looks like a really great device and small and that would be a great to have.

Here is a link to their web site...

as long as the dongle or blue tooth adapter supports ad2p you should be fine.

I've advocated time and time again for Harley or some private outfit to construct a bluetooh transmitter that would plug into the standard Harley port on the Ultra.

Then have a similar receiver that plugs into the Harley Helmet speakers and microphone.

This would emilinate the telephone cord on steriods that you have to use now.

Otherwise the intercom and helmet speakers are worthless as who wants to be tethered to the bike with this large phone cord?
