That is one big a$$ bolt. How does something that big get pushed into that tire? I've seen a lot of things pushed into a truck tire but that's on a bike tire. Glad nothing bad happened because of it.

 

The only thing I can think of is the front tire hit it and kicked it up in the air and got it spinning. and it hit perfectly between the road and tire and drove itself in.

I should have played the Lottery that day!!
