Wanting to upgrade the sound on my '09 Ultra. I will either get the Hertz or wait for the Fosgate. I see Titan-Hertz (and others) kits with amp and 2 speakers. Can I get away with just changing the two front speakers? If so, will the amp have any negative effects on the rear speakers?

Fronts will just overpower rears, but no harm.
