Screamin Eagle Baffles on Touring bikes???
Does anyone have a photo(s) that they can post of a Screamin Eagle, 3 ½” slipon muffler baffle from a touring bike?
I was curious about what they looked like in comparison to the shorter 1 foot long baffles that I’ve worked with on my other bikes. Thanks, Bob

My SE 103 RK is occasionally popping on decell so I want to open the stock baffles (flutes) up a little with a propane torch and some swaging to improve the sound and flow. This way, I can do it in increments to suit me, I just don’t want to go as loud and open as BCT baffles, I just want to modify the SE baffles (Flutes) slightly. I have done this with the shorter SE baffles (12 inch), just not the longer ones in the touring mufflers. I just wanted to see what I would be starting with and to find out how to get them out.
Here is the before & after to show what I did on the shorter ones. Bob
