Second day on the Ultra, not being used to the "top heavy" feel, I tipped it in the driveway with girlchild on the back, the bike stopped on the frame......hurt my pride and my daughter laughed.......

Heavy on the front brakes on a sharp slow right turn will grab a bagger in a heartbeat. Hard not to do if you've ridden smaller bikes your whole life but you have to do it.

Any front brake use at low speed with the bars turned will turn the ground into a magnet. Once 900 pounds is tipping, you won't be able to hold it up. Best to use friction zone and rear brake.

Glad to hear the only bruises are to your ego.

Oh no. There were a couple of guys in the parking lot at the time. They came over to see if I was allright and helped me to pick the bike up.
They asked:
Had I considered purchasing training wheels.......
Had I checked out the new trikes.........
And the razzing continues...........

Try dropping it in front of Neptunes Net with 100+ bikers watching. Always put kickstand down before dismounting.
