Default fuel moto has the best customer service

I brought my 2010 ultra into the local harley dealer for the first service and asked the service advisor about just adding slip on mufflers and not doing the stage one update and air filter upgrade . His response was they would not only install the mufflers and it was the whole package or nothing . I told him I would get back to him and to only do the first service . When I returned to my office I serched this forum and found out about jamie and keith at fuel moto . I asked keith the same question about adding just the mufflers , his response was it would work fine and then added that the pcv5 and air filter would only add a few hunderd dollars . This sounded good to me as the dealer wanted 2.5 times as much . I ordered the complete package . It was shipped fast , very easy to follow instructions , and within about an hour and a half the installation was complete . The bike runs great with the map they sent me , the jackpots look and sound great . The story doesnt end here a friend of my brothers asked if I would sell my bike , I gave him a price and brought home a 2011 ultra limited . I call keith ask about the parts i just bought fitting my new bike, no problem I will email you a new map . I recived the new map and wasnt sure how to download it , 1 phone call and jamie talked me thru it in less then 5 min .Transfered everthing over to the new bike tonight and all is well . thank you fuel moto

Fuel Moto is definitely one of the best companies I have ever worked with, regardless of hobby. They are top notch all the way around.

There is no one I would rather deal with than Fuel Moto. I have used them a ton over the years. They always take calls and answer every question rspectfully with out making me feel like an idiot

I just bought a pair of Supretrapp Fat Shots from them and they arrived on Wed. I put them and loaded up the map they sent me went out for a while to test them out. The bike ran absolutely perfect. After I returned and the bike cooled down I checked out the bolts and while wiping them down I noticed that the chrome was flaking at the rear of one of the muffler bodys. I took some pics, emailed them and called the yesterday. Brian said Keith will have a look at the pics and take care of this. I have no doubt he will....now that my freinds, is customer service!

I read nothing but good comments from everyone who has purchased from them...obviously they have "customer service" as the number 1 focus in their "business plan"....Good way to be.. I will not hesitate to deal with them

I've been dealing with them since I learn about them in 07, and just put a stage 1 with their new head pipe and Power Vision on my 2010 Ultra, and couldn't be happier. Has to now be the best Harley I've had. I was concerned about the mufflers, but it turns out that the Jackpot 4 inch slash up's are just perfect.

A big thanks to Jamie and Fuel Moto, they certainly know how to take care of busness.

When I placed order for cams etc. Talked with Keith I was surprised how well he treated me. You would expect them to be in a hurry get order and go. But he treated me like I was his number one customer and took time to talk to me. Very pleased thank you Keith.

Well said. That's exactly how I've felt every time I've called with an order or a question. He's willing to stay on the phone until he's satisfied that I'm satisfied. Thanks Keith and Fuel Moto.
