Take a look at the Saddlemen products. Very good quality and great selection.
+1 on Saddleman, I have their BR4100 Dresser Back Seat Bag, when I go out of town I put it on the back seat against the tour pack, holds more than enough, makes a good backrest also, but it's only good for one rider.
nelson-riggs less money than the others, just as good, and most models are more versitle,if u ever change your set up(rack or backrest) they will be more likley to still fit.

I have the SAC (HD's OEM supplier) multifit ultra nylon touring bag. Made in the USA, waterproof, holds a ton of stuff and looks good imho. I accidentally ripped the PVC liner that makes it waterproof and SAC sent me a new one for free. Great service.
I have a Saddlemen ''rack bag'' for my Street Glide. It's actually designed to sit on top of a tour pack rack, but I bought it because it's BIG. If you're riding 2-up it may be something to consider. $100 at Dennis Kirk.
