Bassani +p bagger stepped true-duals system with power curve
Well...went to order these today but my discount won't kick in for another 30 days (long story)... gives me time to rethink... anybody have these? I had monster ovals on my road king and find that the Bassani's sound deeper.. my dilemma is that my wife doesn't like extremely loud pipes and I've only heard these on a bike at idle and being rev'd to 3K rpms..
Anyone have experience w/ these? My setup will be on an '11 Road Glide Ultra.. going w/ the above setup to negate the cat... also getting the screaming eagle air cleaner and harley race tuner .. dyno for a bit to create a good map..I just fear I will have all of that done and then the pipes be too loud for my lovely wife!!!
Thx for any advice...

I've got those same mufflers on a set of V&H headers (basically the same setup). I bought the quiet baffles for them and it toned them down to exactly the sound I wanted. I also put the Heavy Breather on but never did a map or anything. She's not a screamer but she runs like I want and sounds the way i want her to.

This set has a more traditional set of headers without that curve that goes over the tranny. That's the reason I went with the V&H headers when I got my Bassani's cuz Bassani was still only going with that curved header.
