Gas mileage & heat
#11
Ironman, that is encouraging and discouraging. I have always thought of performance as not getting better mileage but the opposite. I would think with some fuel mapping and changing the air intake that would help cause it can breath better but maybe I have it all wrong. When this tank is empty I will see what kinda mileage I got but maybe I need to take it back and ask the shop what they think.

I have a little over 11k on my 2010 Limited. For the first two or three thousand miles it got around 37-38 mpg. After that, running locally at around 60 mph it went up to 42 mpg on average. At 10k I installed 255 cams, Fuelmoto ceramic coated header pipe, Supertrapp Fatshots mufflers and an SE intake. Milage has stayed pretty much the same as long as I stay out of the throttle, still running around 42.
