If you are looking for a quality lower priced set of slip ons look into a set of Wild Pigs. Great slip ons for a very resonable price.

Buying the immitations is like buying a Roadstar...if you want the Rineharts, spend the money and get them. Everytime I've cut a corner or cheaped out on something, I've never really been satisfied with not having the real thing (or I've learned the hard way why you buy the real thing). That's just me, to each his own though.

If you get a hold of the fake ones, let us know about the quality and how they work. I'd be interested in knowing.

I've heard them live and they are not bad. you can get them with chrome tips or black for the same price. V-Twin Manufacturing sells them also.
Well thats your way of thinking I guess... I dont care if I paid $1000 for mine if I hear a set that sounds better for $200, I would say it! So that said these dont sound like ANY (not just mine) Rineharts that I have ever heard. Just my opinion though. If someone is looking for a sound like this, it seems like a great deal for $200! I'm just saying they dont sound like RH's to me.

I let my wife listen to the sound clip and asked her opinion. She said "They sound all right, Better than stock, but they arent Rineharts! She didn't know they were Rinehart knock-offs.

I bought a set.... they have a little bit of baffle in them.. but you can see straight thru them.. Too loud for me..lol... have them sitting in the garage right now...I actually like the sound of the stock ones... I put a tank of gas thru them.and changed em back.. will give ya a good deal on em if ya wannna..( yes..i have a '94 but I modded my pipes so I can use slip-ons..)

I totally agree i mean you spent $17,000 for mine and for me i would not let a couple hundred bucks stand in my way. I have called rineharts customer service and they are great so if it was me i would save for the real thing
