Default tranny-primary fluid change question

I appoligize for beating a dead horse here...lol I'm looking to change fluids for first time by myself...I'm out of work and can't afford to pay a dealer to do it....last time trans and such fluid was done was at 10k while I was on a road trip in Texas....they put in all synthetic fluids....I'm at 14,500k now.....I'm planning on going back to non-synthetic fluid....will that be ok? We just did my oil change couple weeks ago and I switched that to Harley synthetic blend....does it show the procedures in the service manual? I just downloaded a manual online....thanks for any input...

If I was in your shoes, I would wait to change the tranny and primary at 20,000, which the book calls for, unless you been driving it hard. Also, I don't think you need syn oil in the primary anyhow, waste of money in my opinion. Trany is your call.

+1 on the 20K change .... it's what the service intervals call for.
