I have 17,000 miles on my 09 street glide now and still have stock seat. I will be going on a 4000 mile week long trip this summer so am wanting to get a rider backrest. I thought instead of getting a harley backrest, maybe I would get the C&C squareback or fastback with rider backrest like I have wanted for a couple years now. I would get it cut back and low to stretch out a bit. I just wanted some feedback in regards to comfort. I have broke in my stock seat pretty well and would probably only get about 1000 miles on it before my trip. So help me out, don't want to invest the money in an expensive seat like that without a little confidence first.
