Of your asking a question here, I think what he is saying, when you push the jack under the bike, the left side jack rail will slide under the folded legs of the jack and the right rail will be 3/4 to 1 inch below the frame of the bike. By placing a shim on the right jack rail, it will lift the bike evenly.
