Default avs questions with a kenwood radio flht

i have a 05 flht electra glide standard. i recently bought a Kenwood Kmr-440U CD/AM/FM with a set of hawg wired speakers and install kit. went in very well and every thing works great. all the hand controls work like they should but for some reason i thought that the avs would work on my bike with this kit but i was wrong. is there anyway to make it work? i know that ive read post from harleypingman and he mentioned that he made it work on his bike thats a few years older but he used a factory hd hk radio. any input would be helpful. thanks in advance

HawgWired kits don't have AVC. Only Biketronics. Although ,....the radio install kit for Hawg Wired is nice.

Can't have everything, I guess.

the hawg wired kit was very nice but it looks like i will be changing to the biketronics wiring then. the avs is a must have. so is there no way of making it work? again ive read post were people do make them work but they use factory harley radios.

you can simply use Hawg Wired mounting kit without wiring and Biketronics wiring. That will solve your problem i think
