Classics must be set up different. My docking hardware is only 6" apart. I sensing a trip to the dealer soon.

I found the whole assembly as a unit on ebay. I'm told it's the old style, sorry no part numbers.

Problem solved. Dealer has the kit and its a lot cheaper than a new mount. The only problem with it, it sort of defeats the purpose. Sure you can take the box off, but then you have this docking hardware hanging off the back of the bike.
