Tire pressure for best wear on dunflops
Ok, just had a new MU85 installed last fall. I did not ask them what they recomend so I thought I would ask here.
Some tell me that running at the listed pressure on the tire will increase wear on the tire while running too low will also increase the wear.
I am done leaving black stripes on the pavement and would like this tire to last a good while for a change.

40# in front & 40# in the rear you"ll get good wear.

I talked to Dunlop about this and they suggested going with the HD recommendation. 36 front and 40 rear. I however use 40 front and rear. Just a contrary old cuss I guess.....

36 front, 40 rear but if you're gonna max the bike out then it wouldn't hurt to add a little more.

Frame sticker on my 2011 still says 36 for the front, so does the manual.
