I haven't waxed a vehicle in years, my old neighbor washes every week and waxes at least a few times a year. After a few years he has rubbed through the paint especially on edges. After 10 years I can wash mine and it still has a good shine.

Use Plexus on the windshield. I use it on the 3m film on my saddlebag tops and it also works good on the paint.....it just doesn't have that fresh lemony smell.

Use it all over, it's not going to hurt anything. You're safe using it over wax, windshields, and anything else you want to sparkle. Totally safe!

Car wash, insert $ 2.00 quaters, put dial on soap, go round and round and around...on third pass switch dial to rinse, go round and round and round an wound till water spray stops or you fall down. Air dry.

I've been afraid of Pledge since I used the Lemon stuff on my glasses and the dang bee's started attacking my face.

Guess I'll leave it off my glasses and try it on my bike.

I tried it for a bit until I learned that Pledge will actually remove wax and sealers. I now only use either wizards or Mequires spray detailers as they have a little wax in them to help keep a protective coat. My bike shines just as good if not better.

I give my bike a complete rub down twice a year and finish up with a sealer and a wax. Either Wizards Mist and shine or Mequires Ultimate detail for inbetween clean ups.

S100 for the black engine parts etc.

I don't know what Pledge uses for a propellant in their products so that also concerns me.

I use it on everything on the bike...except tires and grips. Never a problem or issue. I think it actually keeps from getting swirls in the paint. Spray and wipe with a micro fiber towel after a wash.

The scent comes from citrus based oils that are acidic.

I have read about pledge a few times and just tried it today. Works the same as the Honda spray detailer. Stuff works pretty good.
