Is the saddle bag extension suppose to be that noticeable or is it an all new saddlebag?

Usually the line isnt that defined.

Sorry for the late reply, I was out of town for Easter. These are the HD saddle bag extensions. They are pretty thin and tapered at the top where you can see the edge. I debated whether to buy a new bag bottom or put on the extensions. Someone here on the forum did the extension and I really liked the look. To me, the extension looks like a body line and gives the bag some shape. On some bikes I see with the full saddlebags seem to look so big and flat, especially if there is no two-tone or graphics on them. It might also be the light I was using to get the pic taken. It was pretty cloudy here and the shadow it created may make the extension more noticable.
