I voted in the poll as 'No Problems'. What there is in my scoot's fifth gear (and 1st. gear if you know how to create the noise) is not a whine. Mine is the slight hum of a straight cut mechanically stronger gear... which is what those two gears are designed to be.

 

How about a "How many 07 touring owners have sold their new bike?or are considering?" Another low mile 07 SG on ebay.

 

See what I mean 3 of the 6 posts are by one guy with problems , same guys posting over and over making it seen like everyone is breaking down on 07's .
