Street Glide turnsignals on an Electra Glide

I just switched mine out and it's a straightforward process. I used HD Part # 69492-05. It's a matter of removing the outer fairing, unbolting and unplugging the old ones, assembling and attaching the new ones, plugging them in, and reinstalling the fairing. I'd say 30-45 minutes from start to finish is about right.

+1 on what mountainpharm said; it's a direct swap using p/n 69492-05. If he will supply the instruction sheet "J" number (it's below the title of the instructions followed by a zero and 4 other numbers, e.g. J0XXX), you can access the instruction sheet by replacing the J number in this link with the correct J number for that kit:

Or you can stop by an HD parts counter and ask to have the isntruction sheet printed out for the kit.
I did this on my bike but worked backward from the custom auxilliary light bracket and turn signal kit (passing lamps and SG turn signals mounted on separate left/right brackets; like the CVO Ultras use); bought the SG turn signal brackets then installed the SG turn signals; and, sold the passing lamps and brackets from the custom aux light bracket kit.
Good luck with your project.

I was doing your same deal and bought the Kury passing lamps and signals and swapped them both out. I can send you a pic if you want later. Sold the passing lamp bar for 100 bucks so all in all it was worth it. I liked the HD set up but to pricey for me. This is what I have

Way cheaper on Ebay.

The mirrors mount to the inner fairing, not the fork tubes. You have to drill two holes for each mirror, and you'll need the template to lay out the holes.

Did you have to get a different wiring harness? I'm doing mine now. The eg when removing light bar has the one big plug. The street glide lights going on have the small on each. What do I need to do. Thx
