2011 Street Glide. I Want Ipod interface, XM module, and some type of amp (probably ARC).

Will all this additional gear fit under the fairing?

Yes, it all fits inside the fairing. Hogtunes and Hawg-wired amps mount on top of the modules; Arc and J&M mount the amp on top of the radio and the modules below the radio. J&M includes brackets with their amps to mount the amp and modules, but the brackets aren't available as a separate sale. Most who have the Arc 125.2 amp and module(s) use Velcro to mount the module(s) below the HK radio.

Member 141 Starlifter recently introduced a bracket that does the same thing as J&M's to mount the modules below the radio and amp on top:
