Default Street Glide Fascia on EG - Stumped

I have searched the forum and it seems everyone has either got a new rear fender or put them on Road Glides and avoided the holes. Has anyone done something different with their holes? I do not want to move the license plate down there because I just bought a BAL a few months ago and would need to get a different one then. Any useful thoughts or suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks.

There are two screw holes and one bigger hole for the wires for the fender light. The EG fender light mounts on the fender not in the fascia

I replaced the fender on my '04 EG when I did the SG fender/fascia mod in early '06. By the time I sold the the take off fender and saddlebag guards/rails, I recovered the cost of the new fender color-matched by a local shop. A primered SG fascia will run you about $60 ($100 color-matched if you bike happens to be one HD makes in the SG or FLTRX) and the LED about $50.

Unless you find some large medallion to cover the holes (and good luck finding something that looks decent), you have your options in front of you.

As for the SG fender/fascia mod, I almost regret doing it now; I get a much better kick out of having the painted inner fairing and spun aluminum gauges (which were done at about the same time as the fender) because I get to see those while riding and I spend very little time looking at my bike while parked.

I was thinking about doing this. Didn't know about the holes.

The two screw holes are not that big of a deal but the big one that has the wires going through it is going to be the problem.
