A dealer tech told me he adds 20 psi when prepping new bikes.

That system holds so little air you could easily see a change due to temperature. Often percieved losses may be due to not using the 0 loss air pump, just putting an air guage on it could drop u a few pounds. Mine doesn't leak

Update, had got my pump Tuesday and pumped shocks back to 25#. Just checked tonight and they are down to 21#. Bike's been sitting due to rain. So, I pumped them back up. Just got my service manual today, so will troubleshoot myself. If anything needs replacing it'll be off to the dealer for them to resolve. 2yr warranty so I'm not too concerned. Appreciate all the input.

I don't think 'they' can recommend. It is based on your weight and passenger weight but it is also a personal preference. Try experimenting for yourself in, say, 5# increments to see what you like.

I run my 2010 at 30, which seems pretty good for me. I can't frickin' believe they bleed off in 2 weeks.
Any non air replacement popular?

also, keep in mind that the street glides and road glide customs come with shorter shocks so their ride will be a little harsher than someone with the stock 13"s.....

Yep, do a search, its just as easy to change your shock oil as it is your fork oil

Any good hand pumps out there other than the HD? $50 seems like a lot to me...

2006 Roadking, I weigh 230# and I run 3-5# solo and 15# with my wife not loaded with luggage. We run 40# when setup for touring.
