Anyone else have any problems with Paul Yaffe"s customer service? I ordered a license plate holder for my SG at Daytona and finally recieved it on friday. It was the wrong one. Have tried 2 calls and an email with no response. I think its terrible customer service!
Well what they sent me is no good to me! may as well been nothing!! If I dont get a reply by tomorow I will charge it back on my credit card! I bet I'll get a reply then!
I've dealt with them, when I've called and talked to Paul himself he is helpful , nice and great to deal with, when I've called and talked to others they were rude and acted like I was bothering them
I just got an email Paul regarding this issue. I don't have time to explain right now, but I will explain alter tonight or in the morning for those who have felt ignored or treated poorly.
