Yesterday the cruise quit working and the engine light came on, and off, and on. Doesn't come on until I am riding for 3 or 4 miles.

Checked engine codes:
P (ECM) = P0577: cruise control input high.
B (ABS) = C1021: Front wheel speed sensor always equals zero mph.

I will take it to the dealer under warranty, but I seem to remember a thread that their was a problem with a short in the wiring to the front brake abs causing this. I searched but couldn't find it here. I would like to take it back with the fix in hand, because you all know it can be a battle sometimes. I am worried enough with the TSS, Fullsac x-pipe, and Big Sucker mods they might mess with me.

I pulled the seat and checked to make sure all connectors(that I could get at) were seated, and I didn't see any areas where a wire was rubbing.

Anyone remember seeing this here or have a link to the thread?

Must be something in the air. I was at the dealer yesterday and just after he downloaded a new SEPST calibration, my check engine light came on. Can't remember exactly what they were but 132, 152, 1655 sound familiar. Has to do with speedo, turn signals, ??. Kinda ironic it happened right there in front of him. Hopefully get it back in a few days...
