Even good EZ outs can snap off on you. I've broken more than one, and it's a royal pain to get them out plus the original bolt your trying to get out. If you're not too handy, you might be best off takin' it in to a good wrench. This isn't anything serious though. Less than 1 hr. labor to fix. Relax, and enjoy that new exhaust system.
