Question Questions for Mixter?

Saw the thread on the windsplitter and your bike! I am getting ready to purchase a Street Glide, I am 5' 6" as well, what did you change to get flat footed? I am moving up from a Dyna Fat Bob. I am considering the lowered seat as well as the front suspension drop. Any advice would be appreciated! As well as what you decided on the windshield, this topic is a concern as well for me.

Thanks,
HDTroll

Thumbs up Thanks

Thanks! Love the color of the bike! I'm looking at the Merlot Sunglo! Really did love the Red Hot Sunglo!

I found that most of my buffeting came from under my fairing. Adding the side deflectors, greatly improved buffeting for me.

If anyone is looking for a HD Wind Splitter (57614-10), I'm selling mine. The Wind Splitter was only on my 2011 Street Glide for about 40 miles or so and it's in great shape.

It's a great addition for a smaller rider (I'm 6'1") or a rider who doesn't mind the wind in his face.

You can buy a new Wind Splitter for $159.95 (plus tax or shipping) or you can buy mine for $100, shipped.
