Breakdown of "dealer awards"/Award Dilution?
I keep hearing about this award and that. I know about the Bar and Shield award for dealer excellence and that this last year they introduced the new "Platinum Level" (Top 6 dealerships).
Can anyone add a breakdown of all the awards. Seems a bit like grade school or something - "everyone's a winner"!
Top Sales Platinum, etc.
Top Dealer: Platinum (6), Gold Bar & Shield Circle of Achievement Award(25), Silver (75), Bronze Bar & Shield Circle of Achievement Award (?)
Extended Service Plan Top Volume Award
It almost seems like if your dealer hasn't won an award recently they're not doing so good.
