Default opinions on type of wheels

I'm anticipating on getting some wheels for my 08 RKC in about a month or 2.But i'm having a hard time in trying to decide between chrome or contrast wheels.Dont know 18's or 21's(undecided).I've posted pic of the bike to get some help.The bike is the golden glow/black glow(which isnt really black)thanks

You will see a bike one day with the wheels that should be on your bike.Go to bike shows, swap meets, runs,look at bike magazines.Good Luck

Yeah ive done that thanks,but was thinking more on the type between all chrome and contrast wheels.

If the black "isn't really black" you might be better off with chrome. Check this Hog Pro gallery for a bike like yours.

with that color/setup - id rock fat spokes (black spokes/chrome hoops)

I agree with this. Get a set of Ride Wrights. Maybe some golden glow on the nipples to make it match perfectly as well.

+1 to chrome wheels. I personally think contrast wheels only look good on solid color bikes that have a lot of other black parts. Since your paint is two-tone, I think chrome would look great.

Beautiful King you have. Can't wait to see some "after" pics.

I recomment very round ones!! this is a personal choice get the wheels that you like, its your bike, if we think it looks great, and you don't like it, what good is it? make it yours, not the popular choice thats in fashon today, because tomorrow, they will be obsolete!! enjoy the search, and relish the battle for the best deal, and enjoy looking at the wheels you like

I personally think black contrast wheels would look great with your paint.

I like chrome rather than contrast, but to each his own.
