That looks good. My factory one opens a little when locked too.

They are fiberglass as opposed to the plastics ones from harley. Not sure if it makes a difference ie not. My tour pack also came with a metal on the bottom installed. Don't see it in these

I bought a cheap aftermarket one from ebay for about $100 shipped to my door. They are very flimsy and dont line up the the mounting bracket so had to drill new holes. Again very cheap quality and only bought it so my g-friend can load it up with crap the twice a year she goes with me for a weekend ride. Other than that it makes a great "refreshment" cooler while im on trips so that makes it worth it i guess

These are obviously Chinese knockoffs as demonstrated by their knowledge of the "Engrish" language.

Do you really want to buy Chinese knockoff parts for your bike?

Aren't you the same guys who are always bitching about how Harley's aren't really American made anymore?

Will you prostitute your bike to save a buck? And if you will why aren't you riding some Jap tourer for half the price?

Wouldn't hurt to call them and get the scoop. They might be an American made small business, or having them made in China and sold by them. If your looking for a tour-pak to throw on occasionally, it just might be the ticket for you.

If they don't have the metal reinforcing plate in the bottom, they won't last a season before developing stress cracks.

The guys who buy them originally get what they're paying for. The problems arise later, when they put genuine Harley parts and trim on them, and sell the bike it's on without disclosing the fake parts. I'd be pissed if I bought a e-glide with one of these on it, and didn't realize the tp was a counterfeit until I got home. The same with the knock-off fairing lowers.

They're not "aftermarket" they're counterfeit. The aftermarket tp's are the ones that don't look anything like a Harley tp.

They aren't the one for my bike. My front bolts are not in the location of the ones on the photo.
