Has anyone changed the mirrors out on a Electra glide. I dont like the stock mirrors & and am looking at putting the mirrors that mount on the fairing like the Street glide.

Are you having problems seeing around your shoulders????? I solved the problem with the Mirror extensions, only about $22.00 I think and I can see great now.

I have a Electra Glide and installed the fairing mounted mirrors. I like them a lot. I like the Street Glide also and have made a mix between the FLHT and the Street Glide.

I put fairing mounted mirrors on my EG Classic. They are easy to install, and I like them a lot. They really clean the bike up.

Regards,

Bill

I bought a set of Kuryakyn "Long Stem" billet-looking mirrors for my old EGC. They have since been on my 02 RG, and now my 05 RG.

Darndest thing.... They used to be chrome, but now they look black!

I have em and like them, really clean up the bike and provide a wider angle of view. If you install them yourself take your time, pretty simple install.

Thought I would not like the fairing mirros but after I installed them, I can't see going back to stock. Gives a wider range to look at and my arm does not block the view
