Hi,
For the guys using the Hog Pod from Hog Tunes, how is it holding up to the elements, mainly water from rain for from washing? Anyone have any issues?

I've had mine a couple of years and it's been wet more times than I care to remember due to parking overnight on trips, and I've had no issues.

I'm not sure how many replies you'll get, but I don't think I've ever seen a post from someone who had a problem with the Hog Pod from rain or otherwise.

Give PEZ at Hogtunes a call and see what he has to say. He's very responsive and no BS sort of guy.

no probs with mine as of today, I had the pod
installed day 1 and in June will be two yrs. old

 

I have had no issues with the Hog Pod and have had to was it several times due to construction around my house. They sound great and look awesome too

 

Does anybody know if Pez can have them painted to match your inner fairing before he ships it out?

 

Mine will be two years old this June as well. No problems here.

Pretty sure he does not do paint, I think you are on your own there.

 

Two years and a lot of water. Still tweeting right along.

 

Only issue I have is I get crackling every now and then, not sure from pod or speakers but very annoying...

 

If you search hogtunes on ebay, there is a custom bike shop in Indianapolis that I think can paint them before they ship. Good prices too.
