Hello...I am wondering if the H-D Heavy Breather is a problem in the rain.... anyone have one on a StreetGlide?

No problem. They come with a rain sock. I ran one for a while and never had any issues with rain.

I had no problem with mine on my train. As said just run the rainsock if it looks like rain.
