Did a few things today in anticipation for next week, 3 days of 60 degree weather!
Installed red led's in the 4 smaller gauges. This made a huge difference in visibility. I got a picture but the sun was shining through the garage window so it didn't turn out all that great. Next I will be changing all the tiny led's in the speedo and tach.

Installed some front and rear speaker grillz I had made by Legacy Baggers. Go great with the rest of the Live to Ride collection I added to the bike.

Modified a Air Wing horn cover by drilling holes and attaching a timing cover with the live to ride emblem. I looked all over for something like this but all I could find was air wing horn covers with what appeared to be a medallion double sided to the cover for $125+. One I did was around $65 and gave more character to the cover because of the bolt heads.

Got "The King"... LOL

out of storage on Sunday after 204 CAM swap from 255's. Loading new PV Tune today and riding tomorrow. Then off to the dyno folks at MPH so it's dialed in for all destinations this season! 204's sound awesome!

Didn't do anything to it, still way to much snow here but ordered a set of saddlebag lid bras.

I was going to replace my bars. Instead, I pulled the pin and rolled the handlebars forward a few degrees. This raised the grips by 2 1/4 inches and pushed them forward by 2 inches. The Road Glide Ultra comes with 11" bars. Now to road test it on a few 200 mile days.

Default Ready to ride...

Picked the bike up from HD dealer winter storage... All prepped for a season of riding. Started with a 30 trip. March in MN will only get worse before it gets better, so I'm planning on using the "down time" installing mini apes & controls.

Took a quick 40 mile ride at lunchtime and bike ran great! 204's pull harder/sooner than 255's did. That's with an update to the tune that was on the bike from Dynojet too. Still taking it in for Dyno soon but happy for now. Didn't really beat on it and was still pleasantly surprised by the power change. Seemed a little louder too or I could just not be used to riding yet...

AND - it's running about 25-30 degree's cooler after CAM change. Very happy about that!

.
Put on the "Amazing Custom Motorcycle Waving Arm." Now I'm ready for riding season.
