Rode in the Orlando Harley South USO charity ride! Awesome event, very well done. Rain shortened the ride length, but everyone was in good spirits. How could you not be with free food, free beer, free goodies handed out from several vendors....good time!

Installed stock header pipes with the catalyst removed. Dealer wanted $400 to do it. I found the pipes on eBay for $130. Bought new exhaust gaskets and muffler clamps, so the whole job was under $150. I feel like I saved a few bucks here.
Result: a little louder at idle (89 db before, 91 db after) and with rolled on throttle (94 db before, 101 db after). Right leg and foot feel cooler, although more ride time is needed to confirm. Notice a slight uptick in torque. Yep . . . glad I did it.

After installing Progressive's monotube shocks last week, I followed the recommended instructions and installed two clips. I figured, even with many saying they preferred only one clip, with all the extra weight of amps, running lights, speakers, etc., that two would be correct.
I was wrong. Took out one clip. Ride is still more responsive that OEM. Better than OEM and with very little braking and turning dip.
