Installed my D&D Boss Fat Cat 2-1 with ghost pipe, SE Ventilator AC, and my PC-V

 

Did my 1000 mile service

 

You probably can't tell, but stripped down my bike so I could powder coat a bunch of the chrome accents gloss black.

Dropping them off this week. I can post finished pictures if anyone is interested.

 

Today I wired in the home made electronic cruise control on the Police Bike. Now that all the wiring is complete, I just need to take it into the dealership real quick and have them enable the Cruise Control option on the ECM. BOOM! Saved hundreds!

 

Put on a S&S Teardrop AC. I ran one of these in the 70's, so it's a bit of nostalgia for me. While at it I routed my breather to air.

 

Swapped my 2012 air filter for a stock 2014, I like the size and look of them much more.

 

Has some 2000rpm rattle from fairing, swapped in the alloy art braces, rattle gone!

 

Posted this in another thread, but thought it would be appropriate to put it in here, too.

In the other thread they were talking about using larger washers to distribute the weight of the tour pack luggage rack and its load over more surface area. I have a Mutazu knock-off tour pack that isn't quite as substantial as the HD tour pack, but it's pretty close. Figured it wouldn't hurt to modify the mounting system a bit.

I bought 4 chrome fender washers and 4 steel ones at the hardware store. Chrome on the outside, of course...steel on the inside. Here is the result.

 

Added RC gatlin grips to my RK. Getting ready to buy the stuff to do the stage 1 upgrade. Can't wait 😃

 

With a weight capacity of 10 lbs. does the load really need to be distributed more? Is anyone experiencing failure of the tour pak lid?
